About Star Defender
Fly freely across an alien planet, protect ten colonists, and clear escalating waves of landers, interceptors, bombers, pods, swarmers, mutants and baiters. Shoot an alien carrier to free its passenger, catch the falling colonist, and descend to the surface for a safe delivery. Smart bombs clear the visible sky, while hyperspace provides an emergency escape. Four visual sectors rotate every five waves.
Watch the full-planet scanner. A captured colonist becomes a mutant if you let the carrier reach the top of the sky. Catch the survivor first, then fly low to deliver them. Hyperspace drops any passenger, so deliver before jumping when possible.
