About KIX Trailer Park
Build roads, homes and connected sidewalks. Watch children walk, swing and slide, and adults visit the pool. Add laundry, waste collection, picnic areas, an office and ponds. Manage utilities, rent, repairs, loans and land. Complete a thriving year and secure your park’s future, then keep expanding.

GET STARTED
How to play
Build a road at the entrance on the near property edge, then place lots beside connected roads. Include utilities or install connections from the property inspector. Advance a month to settle operations and bring in residents.
Controls
- Camera
- A/D rotate; W/S move forward/backward. Drag to rotate, right-drag to pan and scroll to zoom.
- Build
- Choose Build or Landscape, select an item and click its placement. Rotate turns the preview.
- Management
- Finances sets rent and staffing; the maintenance button opens repair work orders.
- Time
- Next month settles the books and processes households.
- Save
- The park menu exports/imports your device park. Account saves manually saves or loads across devices.
