About Willow Pond
A small outdoor fishing world for two approved KIX accounts. Explore a timber-framed village and wooded pond together, with third-person camera zoom all the way to first person, animated characters, three fishing spots, six collectible fish and pond chat. This first playtest focuses on the feeling of being in the world.
Your progress
Catches and personal fish records save to your existing KIX account. The host opens the temporary world server when it is time to play.
GET STARTED
How to play
The host starts the command-window world server and its tunnel. Open the private entry link and choose Enter the pond. Only the two usernames selected during setup can join.
Controls
- WASD / Shift
- Move / walk slowly.
- Drag the mouse
- Look around. Right drag turns your character.
- Mouse wheel
- Zoom from third person into first person.
- F
- Cast at a fishing spot, or hook a bite.
- Hold Space / release
- Reel in / ease line tension.
- X
- Cancel fishing.
- J / Enter / Escape
- Journal / pond chat / menu.
